Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time:
United States: 7–10 business days  
International: 7–10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
York & Miller is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel an order after payment, please contact us. We will attempt to assist, but cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed or shipped.
